Recently, FOTIMA has officially received an official authorization letter from Atyrau Oil and Gas University (AOGU) of Kazakhstan, becoming the university’s exclusively designated Belt and Road Office in China.
Under this authorization, Atyrau Oil and Gas University officially appoints Ms. Lu Yizhen, CEO of FOTIMA, and Mr. Rustam Akhmetov, General Manager, as its officially accredited representatives. FOTIMA is authorized to serve as the university’s Belt and Road Business Cooperation Laboratory, with full authority over core businesses including China-Kazakhstan business cooperation docking, industrial exchange and investigation in the Central Asian market, international business services, as well as university-enterprise linkage initiatives. This recognition not only validates FOTIMA’s comprehensive strength in cross-border services, but also highly affirms Ms. Lu Yizhen’s in-depth layout in the Central Asian market under the Belt and Road Initiative and her achievements in advancing China-Kazakhstan energy and educational cooperation.
