Recently, FOTIMA has received an official confirmation letter from ALT University (Mukhametzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University), one of Kazakhstan’s top-tier universities, officially becoming the university’s authorized official enrollment partner in China. ALT University is a renowned higher education institution based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The official document clearly stipulates that current undergraduate students from Chinese universities are eligible to apply for relevant academic programs at ALT University through FOTIMA. The university will offer admission to qualified applicants based on enrollment criteria, academic evaluation and document review results.
The authorization took effect on April 28, 2026, opening up an authoritative and streamlined official pathway for cross-border further education between Chinese and Kazakh students.
