FOTIMA GROUP’s Atyrau Campus Job Fair Draws Enthusiastic Applications from Students

Empowering Education through Industry, Driving Development via Talent

On April 28, 2026, under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, FOTIMA GROUP participated in the campus job fair held by Atyrau Oil and Gas University in Kazakhstan. Lu Yizhen, CEO of the Group, attached great importance to this campus talent recruitment event and personally arranged the on-site recruitment arrangements. The Group opened multiple core positions including Industrial Sensor Engineer, Marketing Specialist and International Supply Chain Specialist for current students and fresh graduates, attracting hundreds of students for on-site consultation and resume submission, setting off a job-hunting upsurge.

As a global enterprise deeply rooted in the industrial sensor sector, FOTIMA GROUP has always valued school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation and actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative, expanding its presence in Central Asia and Russian-speaking markets. By engaging directly with university students, the Group offered premium roles covering R&D, production operation and international business. An on-site consultation booth was set up, where senior technical experts and the human resources team gave detailed introductions to the Group’s development journey, innovative achievements in sensor technology, career training systems and localized talent development paths in Central Asia.

At the event, students submitted resumes enthusiastically and took the initiative to communicate with corporate representatives about academic studies, career planning and industry development trends. Many students stated that FOTIMA GROUP’s technological strength in industrial temperature sensors, along with its global layout integrating business and education, has built an appealing growth platform for young talents in Kazakhstan.

This job fair marks a vital part of the school-enterprise cooperation between FOTIMA GROUP and Atyrau Oil and Gas University, as well as a key initiative advanced by Lu Yizhen to promote the Group’s talent strategy in Central Asia. Previously, the two sides have jointly established the Atyrau Petroleum Sensor Research Institute, production lines, and undergraduate, master and doctoral training bases for sensor majors. The collaboration has advanced the in-depth integration of sensor technology teaching and industrial practice, laying a solid talent foundation for the digital cooperation of energy industries under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Going forward, under the leadership of Lu Yizhen, FOTIMA GROUP will further deepen international school-enterprise cooperation within the Belt and Road framework. Rooted in Kazakhstan and radiating across Central Asia and Russian-speaking regions, the Group will launch internship programs, joint talent training schemes, technical lectures and more initiatives. It will provide full-chain career development support for young talents in Central Asia from campus to workplace, foster a high-caliber talent pool for the industrial sensor industry, and facilitate the digital transformation of Central Asia’s energy sector through talent collaboration.
