4. Official Application Instructions(1) Official Admission Preparation Materials
Please prepare screenshots or photos of the following materials in advance (format: Jpeg, Png):
1. Scanned copy of prior academic qualification certificate (academic proof). Applicants applying in advance can consult the China office. (Two copies are required, translated into Russian or Kazakh, and notarized in Kazakhstan).
2. A scanned copy of the passport's first page; the passport must be valid for more than one year.
3. Two scanned copies of academic performance test transcripts/transcripts stamped with the school's official seal (must be translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan);
4. White background electronic ID photo, size 3×4cm or 3.5×4.5cm;
5. Study abroad application form (paper copy; students should fill in the required information and scan it to send to the FOTIMA office in China);
6.75 / Standard medical certificate (must be accompanied by a chest X-ray report and a negative HIV test result).
Upon arrival in Kazakhstan, you must bring all original documents to the China office of the Admissions Committee of Mukhamedjana Tenishpayev ALT University for verification. You will also need to complete the notarization process for academic credential verification and diploma legalization.
Fall applications: May 1st - August 25th
Spring application period: September 1 – December 24
Admissions Assessment: The university's China Office will conduct on-campus interviews (online/in-person) with foreign citizens to verify whether the applicants' overall academic qualifications meet the university's admission standards.
Admission rules: Applicants who pass the interview assessment will be officially admitted and registered as students of the school.

I. The only officially authorized fee-charging institution
ALT University hereby authorizes FOTIMA Group (Hangzhou Senser Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) as the sole officially authorized tuition payment collection agency within China. This agency also assumes all the functions of ALT University's China office.
Apart from the aforementioned institutions, ALT University has not authorized any other company, organization, or individual within China to collect tuition fees on its behalf. Any fee collection activities by any other account or individual are unrelated to our university. Please exercise caution and avoid being scammed.
II. Tuition Fee Standard
Tuition fees for Chinese students at ALT University are based on the amounts stated in the official admission brochure and offer letter published by ALT University for that year. Fee information provided by the China office during consultations and promotional activities is for reference only; the final fee will be subject to the official admission documents from the university.

IV. Payment Process
1. The student receives an offer letter from ALT University, along with an enrollment contract and payment receipt;Students can pay the full tuition fee in one lump sum or pay it in installments according to the school's regulations.
V. Important Risk Warnings
Only use the official channels: ALT University has never authorized any individual or other organization to collect tuition fees. Any request to transfer money to personal accounts, WeChat, Alipay, etc., is a scam.
Retention of receipts: Students must retain bank transfer receipts after each payment and request a receipt issued by the China office (with official seal).
Exchange rate risk: If students choose to pay the tenge directly to the school, the actual amount paid in RMB may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. It is recommended to lock in the exchange rate in advance or handle the payment through the China office.
