Description

How it works
The steel belt level gauge is a traditional level gauge. It is designed and manufactured using the principle of mechanical balance. It consists of a level detection device, a high-precision displacement transmission system, a constant force device, a display device, a transmitter device and other peripherals. The float immersed in the measured liquid is acted upon by gravity W, buoyancy F and the constant tension T generated by the constant force device. When the vector sum of the three forces is equal to zero, the float is in a quasi-balanced static state. The buoyancy in mechanical balance is quasi-constant (the volume V of the float immersed in the liquid is a constant value).
When the liquid level changes, the original mechanical balance will reach a new balance through the movement of the steel belt under the disturbance of the float caused by the buoyancy. The liquid level detection device (float) drives the steel belt to move according to the liquid level. The displacement transmission system drives the transmission pin to rotate through the movement of the steel belt, and then acts on the counter to display the liquid level. The transmitter converts this liquid level into a standard electrical signal (4-20mA, RS485) and transmits it to the control room or computer room for data display and processing, thereby realizing automatic control.
