Description

How it works

The NP93420 series utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductors and micromachining technology. On a specific crystal orientation of a single-crystal silicon wafer, a Wheatstone bridge is manufactured using semiconductor processes such as photolithography and diffusion to form a sensitive diaphragm. When subjected to external force, a slight change occurs, the resistivity changes, and the resistance of the bridge arm changes (one pair becomes larger and the other pair becomes smaller). When the excitation voltage signal is output, a pressure transmitter with a standard output signal is produced through computer temperature compensation, laser resistance adjustment, signal amplification and other processing methods, as well as strict assembly testing, calibration and other processes.
