- High control accuracy and flexible methods ：The product's measurement accuracy can reach a maximum of 0.5% FS or 1 digit, and it supports PID control (000 mode) and ON/OFF control (002 mode), which can be selected according to different temperature control requirements. It is also equipped with an automatic tuning function. By setting AT=001, automatic tuning can be enabled, eliminating the need for manual repeated debugging, greatly improving temperature control efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong input and output adaptability : Sensor inputs include thermocouples (E, K, J types, corresponding to temperature ranges of 0-600°C, 0-999°C, and 0-800°C) and RTDs (Cu50 and Pt100 types, corresponding to temperature ranges of 0-150°C and 0-600°C), which can match different measurement scenarios; control outputs include relay output (250VAC 3A, resistive load), current output (DC0/4-20mA, maximum load 500Ω), and voltage output (DC0/1-5V, minimum load 10KΩ), which can flexibly connect to various external devices.
- Parameter settings are hierarchical and permissions are controllable : Parameter settings are divided into three levels: Level 1 (direct setting of setpoints), Level 2 (including advanced parameters such as alarm values and proportional bands), and Level 3 (advanced parameters), meeting different operating needs from basic to professional. At the same time, the LCK parameter can be flexibly restricted through setting permissions (LCK=000 all parameters can be set, LCK=001 only Level 1 can be set, LCK=002 only LCK can be set), avoiding non-professional operation causing confusion of parameters 1-88, 1-91, 1-93, 1-95, and 1-97.
