He officially authorized Chengdu Sifu Yingcai Education Management Co., Ltd. as the southwest‑region operator of the Group’s Belt‑and‑Road International Industry‑Education Integration Center. Gao Rong has been appointed as the person‑in‑charge for Southwest China and Director of the Integration Center, taking full charge of business expansion and daily operation across the southwest territory.
Chengdu Sifu Yingcai Education Management Co., Ltd. undertakes full‑range businesses under FOTIMA GROUP, covering educational tourism, commercial services, cross‑border trade development and foreign‑related coordination. It delivers market operation, brand promotion and supporting overseas‑going services for domestic enterprises, and builds an external‑service hub based in Chengdu that radiates the entire southwest China.
At the opening venue, senior management from the group and all staff members of the Southwest Operation Center took group photos.
