He officially authorized Chengdu Sifu Yingcai Education Management Co., Ltd. as the southwest‑region operator of the Group’s Belt‑and‑Road International Industry‑Education Integration Center. Chengdu Sifu Yingcai Education Management Co., Ltd. undertakes full‑range businesses under FOTIMA GROUP, covering educational tourism, commercial services, cross‑border trade development and foreign‑related coordination. At the opening venue, senior management from the group and all staff members of the Southwest Operation Center took group photos.
